Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and personal support to a high-level executive
  • Manage the executive's schedule, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, ensuring that urgent matters are dealt with promptly and that non-urgent matters are handled appropriately
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
  • Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
  • Coordinate and support the preparation of presentations and other materials for executive meetings and events
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other materials as required
  • Manage the executive's personal affairs, including scheduling appointments, managing household staff, and organizing personal events
  • Assist with personal tasks such as booking travel, making reservations, and running errands
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion in handling all matters
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other members of the executive team, board members, clients, and suppliers
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and assignments as required
  • Collaborating with department leads to develop and track team-wide success
  • General organizational, administrative and office work
  • Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as may be reasonably expected of the role and as necessary to achieve the objectives of the company’s goals
  • Comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
  • Complete all documents required by the company policies and procedures
     

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Possession of a valid driver’s license
  • Proficiency in both English and Turkish languages
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Punctuality and efficiency are essential.
  • Demonstrating attentiveness and accountability.
