We are building the Rolos Platform that plays a critical role in the research process, enabling scientists to optimize the underlying infrastructure that supports their experiments and simulations. By using the platform, researchers can identify potential bottlenecks, and improve resource utilization and enhance reproducibility. In addition, the platform supports effective communication and collaboration between interdisciplinary teams by providing a common, high-level view of support infrastructure.


Duties and responsibilities:
• Carry out market research to identify industry trends and new product opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to inform product strategy
• Provide data-driven recommendations for product improvements and optimizations.
• Support the creation of product roadmap, product requirements, and user stories
• Define product performance metrics and analyze them on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement and optimization
• Deliver supplementary materials to communicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership team


Qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science)
• 5+ years of experience working on software development projects as a program analyst or product manager
• Strong understanding of scientific research and data analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Background in Science or/and experience in building AI products or/and curious about cutting-edge technologies will be a plus
