IT Skills program Schaffhausen 2024

We are excited to announce the successful completion of the IT Skills program, held from July 8-26th, 2024, in partnership with Acronis. This initiative, supported by Constructor Group, aimed to equip individuals with a migration background in Schaffhausen with essential IT skills, enhancing their employment prospects.

For the past few years, Constructors have actively participated in this program by providing volunteer support, community engagement, and other resources, including products such as a Learning Management System to help manage the session content

What We Achieve Together:

  • Educate: Providing essential tech and soft skills for better employment and study opportunities.
  • Motivate: Encouraging students to achieve their goals through cultural exchange and expertise sharing.
  • Certify: Enabling participants to lead socially, economically, and culturally autonomous lives.

Why This Matters:

With 25.1% of Switzerland's population being foreign nationals and up to 60% of the workforce having migration backgrounds, initiatives like this are crucial in supporting integration and economic participation.
