Constructor University and JetBrains Launch the Constructor Open Cup 2023 Programming Contest
Bremen, March 22, 2023 – Constructor University and JetBrains are pleased to announce the launch of the Constructor Open Cup 2023, an international programming competition designed to promote computer science, data science, software development, and software engineering. The event will offer participants the chance to test their algorithmic problem-solving abilities against competitors worldwide, showcase their skills, and gain recognition from top leaders in science and technology.
The online competition, open to participants of all ages and skill levels, will require participants to solve real-life programming challenges in a 4-hour race against the clock. The top prize for the competition is a scholarship for the Bachelor's in Data Science and Software Development (DSSD) program offered by Constructor University in collaboration with JetBrains. The program aims to equip talented students with the knowledge and skills required for successful careers in software development, programming languages, data analysis, and machine learning.
Registration for the contest is currently open and will close one hour before the competition begins. A practice round will be held from March 23 to March 29, allowing participants to become familiar with the testing environment. The main competition will take place on March 30, 2023, at 2 PM (UTC).
The winners who applied for the scholarship will receive an email to schedule an interview with Constructor University professors and JetBrains.
