Serguei Netessine is a Dhirubhai Ambani Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has extensive experience in business model innovation and operational excellence, working with government and Fortune-500 organizations such as McDonald’s, Comcast, and US Air Force.
He is also a member of various advisory boards, including the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Amazon's Core AI unit. He has received several teaching awards and published numerous academic articles in leading journals. Netessine's book "The Risk-Driven Business Model: Four Questions that will Define Your Company" won the 2015 Axiom Business book award for "Business Theory".
