Katya Fisher

Katya is an attorney and the founder and CEO of Aracor (https://www.aracor.ai/) an AI-driven legal technology startup based in Miami, Florida. As Vice Chairman of the Constructor Group, Katya oversees the legal teams and serves as senior advisor to the Chairman and members of executive management on strategic initiatives. Katya also serves as a director of Global Blockchain Accquisition Corp. (NASDAQ: GBBKU) alongside former President of Worldwide Operations, Disney Parks, Experiences and Products, Al Weiss, among others.

Katya holds a Bachelor of Arts from NYU, a J.D. from the Cardozo School of Law, and is a former Howard M. Squadron Fellow at the University of Oxford. She is a six time Super Lawyers “Rising Star” award winner and is admitted as an attorney in the State of New York and before U.S. Tax Court. Katya also serves as a director of Groundbreaker (https://groundbreaker.org/ ) a nonprofit that builds K-12 schools in the global south.
