Ilia M. Tsetlin is a Professor of Decision Sciences at INSEAD, with expertise in modeling decisions under uncertainty, negotiation, auction theory, and collective choice. He has published extensively in academic journals and teaches courses in Uncertainty, Data and Judgment, Models for Strategic Planning, Probability and Statistics, and decision making.

Tsetlin holds a PhD in Business Administration from Duke University and a MSci in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
