As Head of Innovation Deployment of Constructor group, Flavia Tomarchio is responsible for identifying the long-term strategies and business opportunities. She establishes framework projects with academia (e.g. University of Geneva, National University of Singapore) and industry, creating links between research components and technology transfer within the Constructor ecosystem. Dr. Tomarchio has extensive experience in material science, physics, chemistry and advanced materials, with a focus on graphene and other two-dimensional materials in connection with expertise in prototype design, production and characterization (optical, mechanical, and electrical). Previously, she worked as a Scientific Project Manager for the Cambridge Graphene Centre.

She holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and Physics from the University of Cambridge and a MSc in Material Science from the University of Catania.
