As Product Marketing Manager, you will
- Be responsible for the marketing of our existing management courses
- Analyse the market & competitors incl. their marketing strategies and tactics and implement best practices from them
- Prepare and implement go-to-market plans for new management programs in the pipeline
- Together with the program managers, develop the positioning & messaging for the management programs
- Define the promotion plan and calculate the budget for the management courses and work closely with the shared marketing services team to execute the campaigns and create content
- Coordinate the development of strong use cases and other content that is relevant to customers and prospects
- Support the sales team/customer success team with relevant marketing materials to help them educate potential customers and sell our product
- Focus on implementing tactics that consistently generate new, high-quality leads for our company
- Monitor and report on marketing targets for management courses
- Ensure that the brand message for all management courses is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages, and promotional material)
You'll be a great addition to the team if you have:
- Fluent in English and ideally German
- Relevant higher education degree or long-term experience in marketing
- 3+ years experience in product marketing
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in market analysis
- Familiar with integrated and multi-channel digital marketing campaign tactics
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to accuracy and quality of work
- Strong analytical and project management skills
Nice-to-haves, but NOT required:
- Start-up experience
- Entrepreneurship - self starter mind
- Experience in the educational software or services market is a plus
- Experience working with agencies
