Alemira is looking for an Inside Sales Operations Representative focused on Alemira’s Schools product portfolio in Europe. This role will report into the Inside Sales Manager.
As an Inside Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting Alemira’s sales team, enhancing and consolidating forecasts reports and administrate the operational activities of the team. You'll be responsible for lead generation, reports consolidation and updates based out of Sofia. You will develop a deep understanding the Alemira platform, solutions and services well as knowledge on the current processes, existing procedures and sales methodology.
Location: Sofia, NV Tower (on-site)
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Maintain ongoing professional relationships with inside sales team and sales team
- Build and update prospective leads database with respect company’s territory priorities to support sales growth
- Consolidate and update forecast team reports, analyse and report pipeline updates
- Experience and work with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient
- You are structured, organized, and self-disciplined
- You are self-motivated, act independently and are comfortable with ambiguity.
- You possess excellent English skills
