The ideal candidate has a proven experience of the corporate world and understands the start-up culture and its fast-paced environment, being at ease with dealing with multiple projects and deadlines. We’re looking for a quick learner with a sense of self-responsibility, who is a great team player and detail-oriented. The position is 100% remote and full-time, with possible on-site missions within Constructor’s locations.


As an Art Director at Constructor Group you will:

  • Overview the whole Constructor visual identity and make sure of its general consistency for all related materials in marketing, communications, PR & Events, corporate and social media
  • Implement and update the visual guidelines
  • Align accordingly the web design identity
  • Manage a team of in-house designers, and actively participate to the designers’ hiring process
  • Manage a pool of freelancers: profiling, list of tasks, contracting
  • Work closely with the rest of the Content team experts (text, social media, video & motion design) to ensure the overall content is visually appealing and consistent with the visual guidelines
  • Ensure projects meet strategic plans, schedules and brand standards, in line with marketing and sales teams
  • Develop best practice and workflows for the design team
  • Identify areas of improvement for junior designers
  • Conduct design trainings across teams to ensure smooth work process


You'll be a great addition to the team if you have::


  • Degree in Art/Design fields, with a focus in Digital, Visual or Graphic Design
  • Experience in designing and implementing established corporate brand guidelines and TOV
  • Solid practice of foundational design principles (typography, color, line, composition) across multiple media, i.e. print, display, direct response, digital
  • Experience in ATL, Digital and Social Campaigns
  • Working proficiency in English is required
  • Experience in working within a deadline-driven environment
